As a reminder we require all Food Trucks that do business in Fultondale to get a Food Truck Permit which includes inspection. Complete the Food Truck Application, provide a copy of your Driver's License & Copy of Health Dept Permit with License fee. The Cost is $100 for year or $25.00 per event.
