Barking at the Moon Festival

Join us for The 11th Annual Barking at the Moon Festival. The event is Sunday, October 29th, 2023 from 1-5 pm at the Fultondale Bark Park/Children's Park. The Fultondale Bark Park, is located at 2398 Stouts Rd. in Fultondale, Al, at intersection of Stouts Road and Fulton Road- behind the Children's Park.  The Children's Park also will be used for vendor set up.

 

Proceeds from the festival will be used by the City of Fultondale to upgrade and make improvements to the dog park.

 

Vendor spaces will be assigned by number; Sponsor booths will be assigned before vendor spaces.

 

 

VENDOR PACKAGES

The following vendor packages are offered based on your designation as for­ profit or nonprofit. Nonprofit or educational vendors must provide proof of your 501 C (3) designation.

10 X 10 Non-Profit $20.00

10 x 10  For Profit $50.00*

      (*If you need a larger space, you must buy 2 10 x10’s)

Vendor Electricity $25.00 (limited availability) 

  • Set-Up is from 8:30am-12:30pm on October 30th Breakdown will be immediately at the end of the event. No early breakdown is allowed- vendors must commit to the entire time of the event. You may drive in to unload and load. Vehicles must be moved by 12:30pm.

  • If you cannot participate for any reason we understand, but no refunds will be given.

  • Event is rain or shine.

  • Food vendors must have appropriate business and/or Health Department licenses on-hand at event. We will apply for a temporary food permit from Jefferson County.

  • Food vendors selling beverages must serve Coca-Cola products.

  • Food Vendors must indicate what you will be selling and cannot change your menu without approval. We will try to have no competing food vendors, but we cannot guarantee there won’t be. When you register, you will e notified if your menu is approved. Registration is first come, first serve.

  • Vendors are responsible for staffing, set-up and break down of their booths and must bring their own change funds. Vendors must staff their own booths at al times and provide their own tent, tables & chairs.

  • You must have a copy of business license available for viewing if asked to show it.

  • Neither the names Barking at the Moon Festival nor Fultondale Bark Park can be used without authorization.

  • Vendors are responsible for paying all taxes (sales, use and other applicable taxes).

  • The City of Fultondale, Fultondale Chamber of Commerce, its representatives, agents, employees and volunteers are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged property during the Barking at the Moon Festival.

  • If a vendor falsifies any information or sells anything other than what is stated on the application, they will be asked to leave.

  • I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Fultondale, Fultondale Chamber of Commerce, its official representatives, agents, employees, volunteers from and against all litigation in whole or in part arising out of or connected in any way with activities for Fultondale Barking at the Moon Festival.

  • I understand there are risks of exposure and spread associated with COVID-19 in any group, location, or event. I agree to wave all liability for exposure to COVID-19 and voluntarily assume all risks associated with participating in Fultondale Barking at the Moon Festival.
